1. Who We Are

Will Media Solutions (Pty) Ltd ("we", "us", "our") is a marketing company registered in South Africa (CIPC). We operate the website willmediasolutions.com and provide digital marketing services to South African and international businesses.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

• Name and email address (via free tool forms, the free website check, the campaign enquiry form and product requests)

• Your website address and the results of the free website check, if you use it. The check reads only your public homepage, the same page any visitor sees, and nothing is kept unless you ask for the full list by email

• Business name and contact details

• Marketing questionnaire responses

• Payment information (processed by third-party providers — we do not store card details)

We also collect information automatically:

• Website usage data via Google Analytics 4

• Ad interaction data via Meta Pixel

• Browser type, IP address, and device information

If you are a client and choose to connect an account, we also store:

• Access tokens for the Google Analytics, Facebook and Instagram accounts you connect, held encrypted and used only to read the metrics shown in your portal

• Push notification subscriptions, if you enable portal notifications

For outbound business development we collect business contact details that have been published publicly on a company website or social media profile. Where we contact a business this way, the first email identifies us and carries a one-click unsubscribe link.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Deliver the free tools and resources you requested

• Send you the email nurture sequence you opted into

• Respond to and manage campaign enquiries

• Provide our marketing services to you as a client

• Improve our website and marketing

• Comply with legal obligations

4. POPIA Compliance

We comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). As the Information Officer, the founder of Will Media Solutions is responsible for ensuring compliance.

You have the right to:

• Request access to your personal information

• Request correction of inaccurate information

• Request deletion of your information (subject to legal retention requirements)

• Object to processing of your information

• Lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Supabase (database hosting — EU/US servers)

• Resend (email delivery)

• Google (Analytics 4)

• Google (Gemini — generates report drafts, campaign research and outreach copy)

• Apify (public web and social data collection for competitor and prospect research)

• Meta (Pixel — only if you've interacted with our ads)

Each of these is engaged as an operator under section 21 of POPIA and processes personal information only on our instruction.

6. Cookies

Cookies that are strictly necessary to run the site, keep you signed in and remember your cookie choice are always active.

Everything else is off until you turn it on. When you first visit we ask, and nothing optional loads unless you accept it:

• Analytics (Google Analytics 4) — how many people visit and which pages they read

• Advertising (Meta Pixel, Google Ads) — which advert brought you here

If you choose "Reject all", these scripts are never loaded at all. This is opt-in as POPIA requires, not an opt-out you have to go and find. You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser, which makes us ask again.

7. Data Retention

We retain lead information for 3 years unless you request deletion. Client data is retained for 5 years for accounting and legal compliance purposes.
